Any registered jewellery business — a single store or a multi-city chain — with valid GST, PAN, and trade documentation can apply.

There's no fixed onboarding fee. Our team will walk you through the commercial terms in detail during onboarding, based on which partnership model you choose.

For redemption, we set up OTP or Gift Card-based verification at your store. For savings schemes, we configure your scheme and merchant dashboard — no engineering effort needed on your end.

Typically a few working days after your documents are verified, before you go live on Gullak.

Collections and redemptions settle on a T+1 basis, directly to your account, with a daily reconciliation report.

There's no fixed setup or onboarding fee. Any transaction-linked terms are shared transparently before you go live.
